Our goal is to provide you, our customer, with products that fit and perform well. If you have any concerns with fit, functionality or application of any of our products, please contact us before making a purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase and tell others. If you're not happy with your purchases, please tell us so we can fix it.
Terms:
All items are made to order and ship within 10 business days. If we anticipate a shipping delay longer than this, we will contact you by email. On orders less than $150 dollars, a $20 dollar fee is applied to offset the shipping costs. Further, some international destinations will also have a small handling fee applied to cover additional packaging and documentation requirements. All components are manufactured to the same tolerances as the original manufacture and will function to the same standard. However, if you have any issues with fit or functioning, please get in touch and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a return authorization code, and upon receipt of unused and saleable merchandise, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Pacific Western Machine Works Inc. warrants their products are to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the term of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, any alteration to product, neglect or abuse. Exceptions to this warranty are at the sole discretion of Pacific Western Machine Works Inc. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we will only ship to your PayPal verified billing address. A signature of receipt is required by the individual named on the Paypal account. All Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
