Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs calculated by this on-line system are based on all items in one box. On orders less than $150 dollars, a $20 dollar fee is applied to offset the shipping costs. Further, some international destinations will also have a small handling fee applied to cover additional packaging and documentation requirements. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments in shipping charges, and will contact you if there is a significant difference.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and only with approval from Pacific Western Machine Works Inc. and accompanied by a Return Authorization Code. Custom products are not returnable unless deemed by us to be defective of material or workmanship in which case we will replace it without charge or extend full credit at our discretion. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE. If any component of the returned product is missing, Pacific Western Machine Works Inc. may in its sole and absolute discretion, reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Pacific Western Machine Works will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Pacific Western Machine Works Inc. may, at its sole discretion, assess a 25% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns. Customers will be notified by email if a fee is to be applied. No fee will be applied to items returned for accepted warranty claims.
