The AE8 Hot Stamping Press
The AE8 Hot Stamping Press (shown) is a desktop model ,developed for flat plastics. Product sizes range up to and including CR80 cards. The machine is capable of up to 6,000 impressions an hour, 8 Tons force( nominal) , all electric mechanism, adjustable pull automatic foil advance, 4inch x 4inch print area, removable chase and a 500 piece card hopper.

UF-3 Feeder
The UF-3 Feeder (shown) is stepper driven,generally used for CR80 cards but can accomodate up to 6 inch widths, feed rate of 250 inches per min( approx. 80 CR80 cards on the long axis). Optional controls and sensors allow it to be set for single shot, batch grouped, continuous feed or configured to match your application. Larger feed sizes also available.
